Dabbl is the cutest lil' app. True to the name, you only need to spend a smattering of time with this app. Most weekdays super short surveys will pop up, usually lasting 3-6 slides. The questions are so simple - think "I like it", "I don't like it" and usually features new products by well known companies. (example of completed survey) There's also the opportunity to watch quick videos which are almost always available. Each video is worth about 1 cent so this isn't an app that will make you rich. I'll log into this app a few times a day to answer the surveys and watch a few videos. The gift cards cash out beginning at $5 and are delivered by email almost immediately. The earnings aren't astronomical but I stay with this app because it's so cute. Sign up on mobile and get Dabblin' . Lifetime Earnings: 109,830 points ($109.83) since January 2019
I was first introduced to Swagbucks when I was washing my hands at a Stockton Ports game in 2009. "Sign up for Swagbucks and get a Trevor Cahill reusable mug" the sign beckoned (note: Trevor Cahill wasn't even on the team). I was lured and two weeks later I was eagerly opening a package with a Trevor Cahill mug. No idea where the mug is now but since then I have earned 142,391 Swagbucks (SB) - the equivalent of $1,423.91. An average of $142 a year doesn't seem like a lot as my friends and family tell me every time I pause at the entrance of a store to open up at least 3 "money-making" apps. So, I wanted to start this blog to prove that I am not wasting time. Or maybe I am wasting time, but at least this way I can chronicle just how much. In essence, I will share what has worked for me and what hasn't (I'm still waiting on 300 SB for harvesting plants in a knockoff Farmville app).
